Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, but seemed to be in various states of remodeling, with some issues like a broken sink, dirty carpet, and a non-working TV on the 10th floor. The service was very helpful, especially when my mobile was stolen from the room; a tip to leave hotel keys at the front desk when going out could have prevented this incident. The location was very good, being right in the center of Mexico City and extremely convenient, near the Metro station and by Benito Juarez Park. The dining experience was reasonable with good and reasonably priced Mexican style buffets, though not included in the room rate. Overall, the hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives during my stay.
I had a mix of experiences with the rooms at this hotel. Some were really nice, while others looked like they were in the middle of remodeling, with stains and cracks. The hotel is in a convenient location, hidden in the center, making it easy to travel around. The service had its ups and downs, with friendly staff but some instances where belongings were not secure. The dining was good and reasonably priced, especially if you enjoy Mexican-style buffets. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though modern and spacious with a great view, weren't ready upon my arrival, and I ended up in a room with a lesser view. The service, while friendly and somewhat helpful, didn't attend to my needs promptly. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to key attractions, but the dining experience was average and excluded from the room rate.
